THE OPENING OF GIANT NEW STORE IN GONG BADAK

Kuala Terengganu – Giant Hyper market will continue to spread their success in Terengganu by opening a new store in Gong Badak, Kuala Terengganu. The opening of the store will be on 3^rd of April 2013. The opening ceremony will be officiate by Head Minister of Terengganu, Y.A.B Dato’ Ahmad  bin Said at 9.am at the new store in Gong Badak.

The new store at Gong Badak will be the fourth store in Terengganu. In launching the new store, there will be several of activities that will be held. Exhibition, sale, discount, clown performance, free sample, free membership for the launching day, and also shopping voucher await the customers on that day.

 The exciting activities and many special offers will be able to attract many shoppers and public to the events. In addition, a concert also will be held on that day which the public will be entertained by famous singer, Sheila Amzah.  The concert is open for free for the public and will start at 9.00 pm.

Giant is the largest hypermarket   operator in Malaysia will serve the needs of the public in the growing area of Gong Badak. The new store is hoped to be the new spot for shopping in that area with the spacious store and lots of parking lots.

“Customers will be able to find familiar brands and local products at great values, right in their own neighbourhood,” Ian Cruddas, commercial director, GCH Retail (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd said.

“We believe Giant Superstore Gong Badak will become a popular shopping destination with its attractive and vibrant shopping atmosphere including the more than 10,000 square feet of fresh market.

It is revealed that the store superstore will have a trading space of more than 43,956 square feet that will be able to handle various types of product. 367 free parking bays will be offered to the shoppers for their convenience.
